Unworn shoes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • The shoes are unworn and unused
  • Items are returned in their original packaging
  • The product remains in pristine, resalable condition

Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Submit a return request and include the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please print the label, attach it securely to the shoe box, and ship the package within 14 days of initiating your return request.

To ensure the item arrives safely, we recommend placing the shoes carefully back in their original packaging before shipping.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed and issued to your original payment method.
